Self-service kiosks have landed at JFK International Airport, and will soon arrive at Oakland International Airport and Los Angeles International Airport. These new kiosks are giving passengers fast and easy access to check-in and print boarding passes so they can be one step closer to enjoying their trip.
Norwegian is growing quickly, so we are offering our passengers more opportunities for a nice and simple check-in process. For those passengers who are checking baggage, they can still get assistance from a customer service representative since our kiosks are not equipped with bag tag printers yet. For those passengers who require additional assistance, feel free to ask one of our representatives I the check-in area or at the ticket counter.
Norwegian still asks that you give yourselves as much time as possible to proceed through the check-in process. As such, we ask that you arrive at least two hours prior to departure – more if there are extenuating circumstances like traffic, construction or weather, or you need special assistance, are using Norwegian’s Unaccompanied Minor Service, are traveling with pets, musical instruments or sports equipment. This will give our staff ample time to take care of your needs and help you on your way.
Using Norwegian’s self-service kiosk is as easy as 1-2-3:
- Find a check-in kiosk
- Enter your booking reference
- Print your boarding pass
It’s that simple! Quick and straightforward, because checking in should never hold anyone up.
